TERMS & cONDITIONS
Fees are variable and will be confirmed prior to the engagement of the coach.
Payment: Before commencement of first session via bank transfer or Paypal.
50 minutes each over 6, 9 or 12 sessions. We will agree how many sessions at the outset. We would recommend that 6 are booked initially and then reviewed as the coaching sessions progress. Any bulk discounts will be retrospectively applied.
Weekly for the first 7 weeks, followed by fortnightly sessions are recommended. It is not recommended to extend sessions to longer gaps than monthly.
To be agreed between the coach and the client.
Client will call the coach at pre-arranged times.
Re-scheduling or cancellations of appointments should be done at least 48 hours before planned date. Less notice and the coach is at liberty to charge the client for the full session.
Late for sessions:
In most cases, we can still get some sort of result out of a shortened session so can still certainly be salvaged if you are late, though sessions will still finish at the prearranged time. Where possible and at my discretion I may extend the session.
You may e-mail or call me, within reason, between scheduled sessions if you have a problem or want to share a success with me.
If I ever say or do anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have any concern with the way we are working, please let me know as soon as possible. For our work together to be effective, you have to be honest with me. Due to the time constraints for clients it is important to keep the sessions on track and therefore we will agree the process at the start of the coaching contract.
Because of the time, scope and nature of my work, my policy is that the initial term is 3 months; thereafter it will be on a month by month basis.
After the initial 3 months is up, the client may cancel at any time - it must be in writing (e-mail or letter). In the event of there being money owed at the time of cancellation, full payment will become due immediately. (adapt as appropriate to your terms)
The coach recognizes that anything the client shares with them is regarded confidential, whether it is business or personal information. The coach undertakes not to, at any time, (unless required to do so by law), either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client shares with them during their sessions. For further details regarding this please refer to the Code of Ethics.
The coach will maintain their professional indemnity insurance and compliance with regard to the Data Protection Act and the clients details.
Nature of Coaching:
The client is aware that the coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
